About This Group

Service operations is the largest department at myNEXUS. This group handles serving our client’s members through the processing of authorization requests, the engagement of healthcare services, and the communication of services to providers and members. This department includes the following positions:

Quality, Training, Compliance, Regulatory

About This Group

This group works very closely with service operations to audit work product quality, ensure compliance with all federal and state regulatory guidelines as well as contractual requirements with client partners. This team leads the efforts on securing and maintaining all quality certifications for myNEXUS. The training department offers new hire training, ongoing training and training updates for new system requirements and process and procedure changes.

Business Development & Marketing

About This Group

These teams are developing marketing and sales plans and engaging health plans, or payers, to demonstrate savings available along with high-quality post-acute services for their members.

Client Services & Provider Network

About This Group

These departments serve our clients and our providers to ensure service excellence and quality deliverables.

Information Technology

About This Group

This group is responsible for all technical aspects of the organization including infrastructure, desktop support, software development, database applications, and product solutions.

Finance, Claims, Actuarial Services & Med Econ

About This Group

This department is responsible for all the financial and accounting aspects of the company. Additionally, claims administration, actuarial services, and med economics play key roles in the organization. Accounting, finance, reporting, actuarial and analysis skills are important competencies for these positions.

Strategy & Product Development

About This Group

This group handles innovation, strategy and the development of products that meet our client partner’s needs. The process involves research, identification of solutions, defining business requirements, development of road maps, and working with other groups throughout the organization to launch new products. Individuals in this group have extensive experience in healthcare, strategy, product development, and specific experience with Medicare and Medicaid products.

Human Resources

About This Group

This group supplies all human capital needs to have a highly functioning company. This group provides ability in talent acquisition, employee engagement & culture, benefits, HCMS, compensation & performance management, talent development, federal and state regulatory compliance with labor & employment laws, and corporate giving. This group handles applying for and securing Best Workplaces Certifications. The ability required for these positions is that of a human resources generalist or business partner background.
